Stock exchange warns of massive delays in financial reports
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has announced status changes for several listed companies that failed to submit their annual financial reports for 2025 by the April 30, 2026 deadline. Non-compliance with reporting obligations under Articles 140 and 154 of the law has led to enforcement measures by the exchange.
