Street Named After Artist Kostas Kafkaridi
The Cultural Committee of the Municipality of Nicosia has decided to name a street after the late artist and cultural community representative Kostas Kafkaridi. Notably, the proposal came from Andreas Konstantinou, deputy mayor of Aglantzia of the right-wing conservative Democratic Alarm Party, despite Kafkaridi being known as an artist.
