Stricter E-Scooter Laws Show No Impact on Accident Rates
Despite stricter laws that raised the minimum riding age for e-scooters to 17 years, serious accidents continue to rise. A decree enabling police to confiscate e-scooters in case of traffic violations is now going to public consultation. The regulations are deemed insufficient in combating accident rates.
