Stricter Penalties Against Illegal Taxi Services Approved
Cyprus's parliament unanimously approved a tightening of penalties against so-called illegal taxi services. The amendment to taxi driver regulations introduces increased fines and administrative sanctions, including the possibility of revoking driving licenses on the first offense.
