Strong Earthquake Shakes Hindu Kush Region
A strong earthquake struck the Hindu Kush region in Afghanistan on Saturday, causing tremors that were felt as far as the capital Kabul and across the border into Pakistan. Residents of Pakistan's Swat district reported panic as people fled their homes.
