Study: Ancient Greek Armor Protected Soldiers in Combat
A research study showed that ancient Greek body armor could provide protection to Mycenaean soldiers 3,500 years ago. Thirteen soldiers conducted an 11-hour battle while wearing replications of armor found in Dendra to test its protective properties.
