Study Confirms Nursing Shortage in Cyprus
A study commissioned by the Health Ministry by Professor Yiannis Yfantopoulos confirms an acute shortage of nursing staff in Cyprus. The personnel shortage will worsen when new laws on palliative care and home care for chronically ill, bedridden and elderly people are implemented.
