Supervision of Apartment Buildings Transfers to Local Authorities
Supervision of jointly managed apartment buildings is to be transferred to the District Self-Administration Organizations (EOAs). The Interior Ministry and the organizations agreed on this basis in the House Committee on Thursday. The regulation creates a new monitoring system for apartment buildings.
