SupportCY Deploys Fire-Fighting Drones to Combat Forest Fires
The SupportCY Foundation of Bank of Cyprus is strengthening its firefighting capabilities with the deployment of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for forest fire suppression. The 2026 fire season is expected to be particularly challenging at all levels, with increased forest fire risk in the coming weeks. Drone deployment is intended to improve early detection and rapid response to forest fires.
