Supreme Court Clarifies Powers Regarding Search Warrants
The Cypriot Supreme Court has clarified in a ruling that a search warrant grants only the authority to find and seize material, but not to examine its contents. The distinction between search warrants and warrants for content inspection has thus been clarified.
