Supreme Court Dismisses Appeal Against Unequal Vehicle Controls
The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by four citizens who claimed their fundamental rights were violated by differential treatment during vehicle inspections of Turkish Cypriot vehicles transported from occupied areas to free areas. The ruling confirms the previous decision of the Nicosia District Court, which had already dismissed the case at first instance.
