Supreme Court dismisses lawsuit against state officials
Cyprus's Supreme Court rejected the motion filed by a union official of the Equality union to prosecute five state employees for alleged violations of union member protection rights. The planned prosecution was directed against Justice Minister Costas Fitiris and other high-ranking officials.
