Supreme Court rejects Russian's extradition request
The Supreme Court of Cyprus has rejected the habeas corpus appeal of 40-year-old Russian Serazhudin Actulaev, who had attempted to prevent his extradition to the United States. The man was charged with cyber fraud. The Larnaca District Court had already approved the American extradition request in May 2026, approximately one year after his arrest.
