Supreme Court sees Strongylos abduction case as different
The Cypriot judicial service argues that the cases of the two men abducted in Strongylos in 1974 differ from other cases of missing persons, as the abduction was carried out by Cypriots. The Supreme Court had previously awarded the bereaved 100,000 euros in damages.
