Supreme Court supports drivers in dismissal dispute
Cyprus's Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected an appeal by a construction company, upholding the judgment in favor of four concrete mixer drivers who were dismissed in 2011 for alleged staff shortages. The judges concluded that the dismissal was not legally justified.
