Supreme Court to Address Controversial Foreclosure Laws on Wednesday
Following the completion of five referrals of foreclosure laws, four additional legislative references from President Nikos Christodoulides are now before the court. The Supreme Constitutional Court will commence hearings from April 29. The Republic will be represented in the proceedings.
