Syrian Kurdish Military Organization SDF Dissolved
Syrian Kurdish leader Mazlum Abdi announced the dissolution of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), which played a key role in combating the Islamic State. The decision follows an agreement with Syria's de facto president Ahmad al-Sharaa, which provides for the integration of SDF troops into the Syrian state structure.
