T-Rex Skeleton Achieves Auction Record in New York
A Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton nicknamed "Gus" sold at Sotheby's in New York for $50.1 million. This is the highest price ever paid for a dinosaur fossil. The skeleton consists of 183 fossilized bones and is among the most complete T-Rex specimens known.
