Teacher unions criticize proposal to restructure hiring system
Discussions on the controversial reform proposal for the hiring system in Cypriot education are entering a decisive phase. Teacher union OELMEK states that the current legal text deviates from the union's fundamental position. The teacher organizations POED, OELMEK, and OLTEK have been reviewing the proposal since the end of July.
