Teachers Leave Schools: Permanent Positions Being Rejected
Increasingly, teachers are rejecting even permanent positions and leaving the school system, particularly in technical education. They are finding better career opportunities outside of schools. The phenomenon is concerning the Education Ministry and points to structural problems in the teaching profession.
