Technical Chamber calls for faster regulation of dilapidated buildings
Following a balcony collapse in Limassol, the Technical Chamber (Etek) is calling on the government to provide revised legislation on dilapidated buildings by the end of the year. Secretary General Andreas Theodotou expressed concern about the incident, as the affected building had previously been classified as dangerous.
