Tesla Paid No Federal Taxes in 2025 Despite Billions in Revenue
Tesla, led by the world's richest man, reported a federal tax bill of zero dollars in its 2025 US annual report. This is not a new phenomenon: in most of the last 20 years, the Texas-based company paid virtually no federal taxes despite total revenues of 264 billion dollars.
