The Rotunda of Thessaloniki: Greece's Oldest Church
The Rotunda was built in 306 AD by Roman Emperor Galerius and is the oldest church in Thessaloniki as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The structure was erected at the turning point between pagan and Christian worlds, probably as a temple or mausoleum.
