Three Listed Companies Confirm Boards of Directors
Ermes Department Stores, Woolworth and CTC held their annual general meetings and confirmed their boards of directors and auditors. At the meetings, the 2024 annual financial statements and corporate governance reports were also presented. Ermes Chairman Demetris Demetriou spoke at the assembly.
