Tourism decline in 2026 expected to be worse than 2024
Tourist arrivals declined by approximately 8 percent in the first seven months of the year, as announced by Deputy Tourism Minister Costas Koumis. The year is expected to end with a decline of approximately 5 percent, which is worse than 2024, despite efforts at successful crisis management.
