Tourism Industry Hopes for Maximum Losses of 10 Percent
The general director of the hoteliers association PASIXE, Christos Angelidis, explained to news agency KYPE that limiting total losses to approximately 10 percent for 2026 would be considered successful. Following a difficult start to the year and a wave of cancellations, July and August showed satisfactory results, with expected occupancy rates of 75-80 percent in September.
