Tourist receives €1,000 damages from TUI
A German court ordered the tourism company TUI to pay €1,000 in damages to a German tourist who had no access to sunbeds at the hotel pool during his holiday in Greece. The man had paid €7,186 for the all-inclusive family vacation but was unable to use the sunbeds as they were systematically occupied by other guests.
