Traffic Safety: "Nestor" Plan to Be Stress-Tested
The chairman of the Etek association, Constantinos Constanti, is calling for the newly introduced "Nestor" emergency plan to be tested through exercises with various scenarios. The plan was deployed in practice for the first time one day after a serious traffic accident on the Nicosia-Larnaca highway.
