Tragedy in Algeria: 11 Children Die in Orphanage Fire
Eleven children perished in a fire that broke out Thursday in an orphanage in the Mohamatia suburb of Algiers. The fire occurred around 3:30 a.m. Strong civil protection and fire department forces battled the flames for hours.
