Tragedy in France: One-Year-Old Twins Die in Heat Wave
Two 15-month-old twin daughters were found dead in their home in Beverage near Valenciennes in northern France. Initial findings suggest they died from dehydration during the heat wave. The parents were arrested on suspicion of neglect.
