Truck driver seriously injured – towing equipment detaches
A truck driver was seriously injured on Thursday in Trachoni in the Limassol district when a tow hitch detached and struck against the cab of his vehicle. The accident occurred around 2:30 p.m. while a Pajero-like vehicle was being towed with heavy straps. The driver suffered severe head injuries and was taken to hospital.
