Turkey arrests 31 LGBTQ+ activists and 126 demonstrators
Turkish authorities arrested at least 31 individuals in proceedings as part of a state campaign against LGBTQ+ groups. Police detained an additional 126 protesters in Ankara and Istanbul who demonstrated against the raids and arrests, according to lawyers.
