Turkey complains of EU blockade by member state
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan criticized in Vienna that relations between Turkey and the EU are blocked by one country. He pointed to structural problems within the EU, whereby 26 of 27 countries support a topic while one country blocks it.
