Turkey Issues Arrest Warrant for Colonel Located in Cyprus
Turkish authorities have issued an arrest warrant for retired Colonel Hasan Atilla Ugur, who is located in the occupied north of Cyprus. The colonel, who formerly worked in the technical intelligence division of the Turkish gendarmerie, is being sought in connection with the reopening of an investigation into the death of a Turkish intelligence officer who died in Silivri Prison in 2011.
