Turkey Seizes 36.4 Tons of Drugs
Turkish authorities seized 36.4 tons of drugs worth approximately 821.4 million U.S. dollars between January and June. The seizures were made through 407 customs operations, predominantly at strategic border crossings and major airports. This measure was announced on the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.
