Turkish citizens can be excluded from commercial register
A new law aims to prevent Turkish citizens who pose a threat to Cyprus's national security from registering in the commercial register. Individuals can be deleted without justification if a security threat exists. The issue was reactivated by the scandal surrounding the company Oxygen Forensics Inc., which is being investigated by U.S. authorities.
