Turkish-Cypriot Property Sale Application Rejected Again
A Turkish-Cypriot applicant failed multiple times in attempting to sell his property in free areas. The administrative court confirmed the rejection by the custodian of Turkish-Cypriot foundations, as the applicant resides on Greek-Cypriot property in occupied areas. Police investigations revealed that the applicant falsely stated his residence as London, although he actually lives in Karavás.
