Turkish Cypriots Demand Equal Cooperation with EU
Turkish Cypriot leadership under Mehmet Dana has commented on the appointment of Raffaele Fitto as EU Special Envoy for the Cyprus issue, emphasizing that institutional dialogue with Brussels should take place on the basis of equality and mutual trust. Dana also calls for Fitto to assist with the implementation of the EU's direct trade regulation with the Turkish Cypriot community.
