Turkish Inflation Rate Slightly Decreased in July
Turkey recorded a slightly stronger decline in its inflation rate in July than expected, with an annual consumer price increase of 31.8 percent compared to 32.1 percent in the previous month. However, the war in Iran and the resulting turbulence on energy markets are expected to prompt the central bank to adopt a cautious stance.
