TV Frequency Switch Begins Saturday – Reconfiguration Required
Private television broadcasters in Cyprus will begin switching to new frequencies using DVB-T2 technology on Saturday, October 10. Viewers who do not reconfigure their devices risk losing television service. This is the second attempt at digital transition following problems with the first attempt in summer. Hellas-SAT spokesperson Petros Theocharides confirmed the information.
