Twelve new medicines recommended for European approval
The Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency recommended twelve medicines for approval, including therapies for various types of cancer, hemophilia A, generalized myasthenia gravis and short bowel syndrome, as well as a rabies vaccine. The recommendations were issued last week and represent a significant expansion of the treatment spectrum.
