Two Men Sue Over Hospital Mix-Up as Babies
Two families filed a lawsuit against a hospital in North Dakota claiming their newborns were accidentally switched in 1988. The lawsuit against Unity Medical Center states that Jeremy Morrison and Kyle Bailin were the only two babies born at the hospital on January 28, 1988.
