Typhoon Dolphin: Heavy Rain and Storms Flood Eastern China
Typhoon Dolphin has caused heavy rainfall and storms in several provinces in eastern China. Shanghai was particularly affected, with approximately 40 percent of flights cancelled on Monday due to the weather. The typhoon reached maximum wind speeds of 151 km/h near its center as it made landfall in Zhejiang.
