Uber offers 14.8 billion dollars to take over Delivery Hero
Uber has submitted a takeover offer for Delivery Hero valued at 14.8 billion dollars. The transaction would create the largest food delivery company outside China and is part of Uber's strategy to expand its global food delivery business.
