UBS Report: Wealth Inequality Increasing Since 2020
According to the latest Global Wealth Report from Swiss bank UBS, personal wealth grew in 2025 at the fastest rate in recent years, creating almost one million new dollar millionaires globally. Global wealth increased by 10.8 percent, significantly higher than the 4.6 percent in the previous year, underscoring increasing wealth inequality since 2020.
