Ukraine Strikes Russian Oil Refinery in Nizhnekamsk
Ukrainian drone attacks on the Russian city of Nizhnekamsk in Tatarstan region killed at least 12 people and injured 39 others. The target was one of Russia's most technologically advanced oil refineries as well as civilian targets in the industrial city.
