Ukrainian broker guilty: sale of Greek Cypriot property
A 41-year-old Ukrainian real estate broker named Denys Pohodin pleaded guilty to promoting and selling properties in northern Cyprus that belonged to Greek Cypriot owners before 1974. He had listed properties in the Famagusta districts of Ayios Sergios, Gastria and Akanthou, as well as in the Kyrenia districts of Kalogria and other locations.
