UN Special Envoy Holguin cancels Cyprus visit
Maria Angela Holguin, the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Cyprus, has cancelled her planned visits to both New York and Cyprus for health reasons. She will instead brief the Secretary-General on her work by telephone.
