Unanimous Approval for Regulation on Share Acquisition by Former Civil Servants
The Cypriot Parliament has unanimously accepted President Nikos Christodoulides' referral of a law regulating the employment of former civil servants in the private sector. On the proposal of AKEL, amendments regarding share acquisition were incorporated. The Legal Department justified the referral citing formal legal concerns.
