Union urges electricity regulator to file constitutional lawsuit against market reform
The EPOPAI union is demanding that the Cypriot electricity regulatory authority AHK file a lawsuit with the Supreme Court against the amendments to the electricity market law passed by parliament three weeks ago. The union argues that the legislative changes are unconstitutional. The lawsuit should also include Thursday's government decision to allow state telecommunications provider CYTA market entry.
